Mexican Steak Pizza

Ok so this was tasty. My roommate Justin got a great deal on some steak and I was craving pizza/thawing some frozen bread dough to make a crust. I ran to the grocery, we combined forces and made Some DANK Mexican Style steak pizza.

Ingredients:
- One good size steak. Get something tender and tasty. As fresh as you can get it. Go kill a cow if you have to.
- 4 FRESH ORGANIC vine ripened Tomatoes.
- 1 Bunch of Organic cilantro
- Corn Salsa (you can normally find this near the salads or pre-cut onions... or make it your self you lazy ass hole)
- Mozzarella Cheese grated. (do yourself a favor and buy the best you can afford. Trust me. It's worth it.
- Olive Oil
- Salt (you know, the stuff you find in a grinder... none of that "kosher salt" crap)
- Pepper
- 2 Frozen Loafs of Bread

Preperation:
The night before you're going to cook the pizza, take the dough out of the freezer, wrap in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.

2 hours before you're going to cook. Remove the dough from the fridge, unwrap the dough and let it rise. Once it stops rising, beat it down and let it rise again.

While thats happening, slice your stetak as thin as you can manage then saute it in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add a few twists of salt and a few twists of pepper. Set aside.

Give the garlic a rough chop. Dice the tomatoes or cut them however. Just break those beyotches down.

Break the dough into 4 pieces or keep it in two large pieces. Whatever you want to do. Roll it out as flat as you can make it. Using a fork, poke some holes in the dough. (this is a good anger reducer). Finally sprinkle iit with olive oil and toss it in the oven.

While the dough is cooking put the tomatoes, some salt and half of the cilantro in a pan and begin to cook it down. Dont let it burn. It'll taste like crap. Just stew them until theey are tender and then simmer till you are ready to use them.

Once the dough starts to brown ever so slightly remove from the oven. Take your tomato mixture and spread it on the crust. Don't go overboard here. Seriously. It's not worth it.

Put some meat on it.

Finally top of with a light dusting of cheese. Don't go crazy. Cheese is fattening and you don't need a lot of it. Trust me.

Pop it back in the oven until you see the cheese has melted and the crust has gotten crispy.

Pull it out of the oven and IMMEDIATELY top with the rest of your cilantro. For a finishing touch spread some of your corn salsa on it.

right before serving sprinkle with olive oil and slice it as you see fit.

For an added bonus, pair with a nice dry red wine.
